To align a learning resource to a competency:
1. Select a resource using one of the provided tools under the '...' at the right.

2. Next, select an alignment and location to store the alignment from the below box.
3. Select the competency you wish to align the resource to.

4. Click 'Create Alignment' and follow the provided instructions.
